Chimichurri Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 Spanish onion
- ⅓ C olive oil
- ⅓ C lime juice
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 3 sprigs of oregano (leaves only, discard stems)
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed and chopped
- kosher salt
- pepper
Directions
Pulse onion a few times in food processor, then add everything else and finely chop.
