Grasshopper Pie

Pie Crust

• 25 crushed Oreos
• 4T melted butter
• Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter, and press into a pie plate

Pie Filling

• ⅓ C creme de menthe
• 1 jar (7 oz) of marshmallow fluff
• 2 C whipping cream
• Whip creme de menthe and marshmallow fluff together
• In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream
• Fold the whipping cream into the fluff mixture
• Pour the filling into the Oreo pie crust and freeze until firm before serving
