Grasshopper Pie
Pie Crust
- 25 crushed Oreos
- 4T melted butter
- Mix the crushed Oreos with the melted butter, and press into a pie plate
Pie Filling
- ⅓ C creme de menthe
- 1 jar (7 oz) of marshmallow fluff
- 2 C whipping cream
- Whip creme de menthe and marshmallow fluff together
- In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream
- Fold the whipping cream into the fluff mixture
- Pour the filling into the Oreo pie crust and freeze until firm before serving
