Serves 8
Cook 5 minutes sliced squash and drain. Stir cheese, onions, soup and sour cream. Pour into casserole. Mix oleo and stuffing and sprinkle over top. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
I got this recipe from Terry Rose, Kenny’s 1st wife, so I’ve had it a long time. I’d look up some other recipes on the internet and compare (like proportions). Also, it looks like it would be easy to double. I notice it doesn’t mention what size pan to bake it in.
